1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing with our measurements. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
6. What materials are your dresses made from?
We use premium fabrics such as soft chiffon, flowy rayon, breathable cotton blends, satin, and stretch jersey. Fabric composition is clearly listed on every product page.
7. Are the dresses true to size?
Most styles run true to size, but fit can vary slightly by design (fitted vs. flowy). Please check the “Fit” description on each product page.
8. How should I care for my dresses?
Care instructions are provided on the product page and sewn-in label. Most items are machine washable on gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend hanging to dry to maintain shape and color.
9. Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes. We are committed to inclusive sizing and many styles are available in extended sizes. Please check individual product pages for available size ranges.
10. Will the color match the pictures?
We make every effort to show accurate colors. Slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting. Each product has multiple high-resolution photos.
11. Are the dresses suitable for special occasions?
Yes. Our collection includes elegant dresses perfect for weddings, parties, dates, and formal events, as well as versatile styles for everyday wear.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my dress arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
